- Finished pencil case / clutch size: approximately 18 × 25 cm. Slight size variations may occur.
- Each case includes an external zip, full lining and an internal pocket.
- Available in White Organic Cotton or Natural Organic Cotton.
- Maximum print area: 15.2 × 22.8 cm / 6 × 9 inches.
- Full-colour digital printing is included, with no limit or additional charge for the number of colours used.
- Printed in my Melbourne studio on certified organic cotton using water-based, OEKO-TEX® certified inks.
- Machine washable.
- Packed and shipped in a recyclable carton.
Artwork Requirements

- Artwork may be portrait or landscape and will be scaled to fit within the maximum print area.
- Printing is not edge-to-edge. The artwork will be positioned within the maximum printable area, with unprinted fabric remaining around it.
- Artwork is usually centred or positioned from the bottom edge, depending on the design and construction of the case.
- For the best result, upload a high-resolution PNG at 300 dpi at the maximum print size.
- PDF, JPEG, AI, PSD and TIFF files are also accepted. If the customer is unsure, they can send what they have for checking before printing.
- No bleed is required.
- Where possible, outline fonts and embed linked images.
- I do not print with white ink. Any white or transparent areas in the artwork will show as the selected fabric colour.
- A digital print approval can be emailed before production if requested, so customers can check the artwork size, placement and fabric choice before printing.
- Colours printed onto fabric may differ slightly from artwork viewed on a backlit screen. If precise colour matching is important, ordering a printed sample is recommended.

- No minimum order — customers are welcome to order a single item or a larger collection.
- Volume pricing is available as quantities increase.
- A minimum of 10 pieces per design, per product and per fabric colour applies for bulk pricing.
- Most orders are printed, packed and posted within approximately 2–5 business days from artwork approval, depending on the order size and current production schedule.
- Please allow additional time for delivery.
- Standard shipping within Australia is included for many regular orders. Bulk, urgent, international or multi-location deliveries may be quoted separately.

Helpful tip - Bulk Pricing
Bulk pricing applies from 10 pieces per design, per product, and per fabric colour. For example, an order of 50 pencil cases / clutches can be split across up to five designs. Add each design as a separate item. Bulk pricing will be applied automatically in the cart.
